This is a free plugin with 22 paid addons, selling as yearly subscriptions in three tiers. Although I'm unsure what plugin this is, it lists the competitors as WP Client, Restrict Content Pro, WP eMembers. The WordPress membership plugin space is competitive but growing and has seen an explosion since the pandemic.

It is possible the plugin is WP Customer Area. The free plugin has over 10k active installs.
