understrap.com WordPress Bootstrap Themes

I don't usually see theme businesses like this for sale. understrap.com is a business selling child themes for the UnderStrap theme (based on Underscores and Bootstrap). The base starter theme is free and they sell child themes via Gumroad for $59.99.

There's some due diligence needed here - their site lists a different price for the premium child themes, and their Flippa listing mentions selling plugins too. 

However, the last 12 months revenue is good and I think this has the potential for growth - upgrade to Bootstrap 5 and flesh out the child themes into a large collection similar to Bootstrap themes.

The asking price is high considering it needs some work before it can grow, it doesn't have recurring revenue, and not to mention looking at how it fits with the block editor. But it's open to offers.
